1. How do I place an order?
  1. Add the desired item and quantity to your cart
  2. Click the shopping cart icon.
  3. Review your order and click Continue Checkout.
  4. Sign in or Create account.
  5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, click Pay now. 

2. How can I track my order status?

  1. We will inform you by e-mail and send photos and videos in the process of your order.
3. When will I receive my order? 
  • Currently, you can receive an order within 2-7 weeks. Normally it takes 15-30 days for tailoring and 5-7days for expedited shipping.
4. Can I cancel my order?

  • We know that ordering a dress for a special occasion is a very important task, and with that in mind, we have established a cancellation policy.
    However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. When the sewing process begins, the material cannot be reused. Even after you place your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please see our cancellation policy below for more details.

    • Within 12 hours of payment: 100% refund + shipping fee.
    • Within 24 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
    • Within 48 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
    • Over 48 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
    • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Can I order by calling the service number?
  • Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order. 
    6. Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?
    • During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the shopping cart.

    • Please kindly refer to our size chart to choose the correct size.
    • If your measurements align with our size chart, you should choose the standard size.
    • If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, we recommend you choose the custom size to ensure the dress fits you.
    • Our dresses can be customized, they are made-to-order as your measurement size. No cost additionally, Our tailor team will use your measurements to create a made-to-order dress just for you.
    • The standard sizes are made to order as well, therefore we highly recommend ordering in custom size.
      

    2. Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?

    • Our color charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

    1. What methods of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.
    2. Is my payment secure?
    • Definitely yes! We use the highest industry standards to secure our website and the payment process.

     Delivery
    1. Where do you ship to?
    We can ship worldwide. Please be assured that your address can be chosen from our shipping countries drop-down list when you fill in the shipping address.
     
    2. What shipping methods do you offer?
    We have three shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping and super saver shipping.
     
    3. Can I change my shipping address?
    You can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. You can  to send the correct shipping address. Our representatives will help you with that.
    Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options.

    All our dresses are made to order!

    We accept returns within 5 days of receiving the dress.

    Custom dresses are specially made according to the dimensions you provide (Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to floor and the other sizes)

    Please consider that after receiving the dress, it may need minor alterations for the perfect fit. The custom size basically helps you to alter the dress easily after you receive the dress.

    We are also aware that the colors on your computer screen may differ slightly from the actual colors.

     All dresses are uniquely made to order of our customers.
    The standard sizes are made to order as well, therefore we highly recommend ordering in custom size.
