What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving the dress.

All dresses are uniquely made to order of our customers.
The standard sizes are made to order as well, therefore we highly recommend ordering in custom size.

Custom dresses are specially made according to the dimensions you provide (Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to floor and the other sizes)

Please consider that after receiving the dress, it may need minor alterations for the perfect fit. The custom size basically helps you to alter the dress easily after you receive the dress.

We are also aware that the colors on your computer screen may differ slightly from the actual colors.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if received in an unacceptable condition.
We are unable to process returned products without prior knowledge.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchange services for any products. All merchandise is made to order, so there are no ready-made dresses or merchandise that can be exchanged for returned merchandise. You must return the unwanted item (if you qualify according to your return policy) and have a new order for a replacement item. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
