RETURN POLICY - EXCHANGE

At PotapenkoYanchenko, all of our products are handcrafted and made to order with the utmost care and we we strive for the highest standards in workmanship and quality. Please choose your item carefully prior to placing your order.

TO RETURN AN ITEM: 

• Initiate return via email within 3 days upon receiving the item.
• Simply post the item back to us with signature on delivery and provide parcel tracking number within 3 days upon the return initiation. 
• Ensure the item is in its original packaging and saleable condition (i.e. the original tags are still attached, the item is in its original packaging, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
• Any postage charges are not refundable
• Buyer will be responsible for the postage cost for the both the returned item and the new exchanged item. Buyer will be responsible for lost items in the return postage.

Items not fulfilling all the above criteria will not be eligible for an exchange / credit. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or provide you with a store credit to the value of your returned item to use in our online store.

* Credit note refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
